FRIDAY, February 22
• Registration and seating 10:00 AM – 10:30 AM
• Rehearsal 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM
• Lunch 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM
• Rehearsal 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
SATURDAY, February 23
• Rehearsal 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Band directors meeting 9:30 AM
• Lunch (and change into concert attire) 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM
• Warm-up 1:30 PM – 2:00 PM
• Concert Begins 2:00 PM
